Classes cancelled this week

CrossFit Scales Part II

CrossFit: Functional movements, at high intensity, constantly varied.

The definition says it all: functional movements scale because they are done not by only world-class athletes but by everyone from grandmothers to kids. Brand X Martial Arts in Ramona, CA has some great pictures of kids gettin' some.

Free Outdoor Workout
If you are new to CrossFit and want to try out a class, this is the class to attend.
Saturday: 0900 - 1000 (see calendar for location)

Step 1: Attend a free Saturday workout.
Step 2: Attend Fundamentals classes for a month or 10 personal training sessions.
Step 3: Start CrossFit classes.

I am not sure why but Google Maps tells you to take Woodside Rd exit when using NB 101, e.g. Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, etc. It is always better to use Whipple Ave exit.
