September and October Events
Friday, Sept. 19, 6:30 PM: Fish Game Tournament at CrossFit One World. If Freddie is throwing a party, you know it will be fun!
Sunday, Sept. 21, 9 AM: First Annual DIY Triathlon. Details to follow but it will involve an open water swim near the Sofitel Lagoon, a bike ride up Edgewood and out Canada Rd and a run at Edgewood Park. We need both support and athletes.
Saturday, Sept. 27 10 AM: Fight Gone Bad III. This is a super fun event. While it is not required that you join our team or donate, it goes to a good cause.
Saturday and Sunday, October 18-19 in Chico, CA: Olympic Weightlifting Seminar with Greg Everett. This is going to be a great event: When Greg says Olympic Weightlifting, he really means it. Olympic team members Natalie Woolfolk and Casey Burgener train with Greg and Aimee Anaya (also a former National Champion) at Mike's Gym. The last clinic I went to was really fun and very informative. This clinic will be especially good because superstar athletes and coaches Robb Wolf and Niki Violetti will be there too!
Sunday, October 19, 10 AM: Big Girls Don't Cry - 3 "Girl" WODs in one Day at Crossfit Unlimited in Milpitas.

Here is a continuous challenge. The 100 Day Burpee Challenge from CF Santa Cruz (http://www.crossfitsantacruz.com/crossfit_santa_cruz/burpee-challenge-details.html).
If we start today, Day 30, we would have to make up all the burpees from the previous days which if my calculations are correct = 465 burpees. Then tomorrow would be an easy 31 (Day 31), etc.
Any takers?
